A Feedback Conversation enables you to learn and adapt, so that you can perform at your best and reach your full potential. By receiving feedback, you can gain a deeper sense of awareness of your strengths and areas for future growth.
People managers are asked to set a Feedback Conversation according to the official timeline to share their team member’s rating and feedback. After the conversation, people managers must release the full evaluation and final rating through Workday by submitting the ‘Hold Performance Conversation’ inbox task.
The Feedback Conversation is the foundation to create an effective Growth Plan.
